Birth P(r)ep Talk
For individual and personalized support
to feel more confident about birth
Birth can bring up many emotions—excitement, uncertainty, maybe even a little fear. If you find yourself overthinking or feeling unsure about what’s ahead, you’re not alone.
When we worry, our bodies react—shoulders tense, breathing gets shallow, and everything feels a little tighter. Think about the deadline at work and how your neck becomes stiff. The same is true for birth. Feeling safe, being heard and supported can make a huge difference in how you experience birth.
This free 30-minute online session gives you space to share what’s on your mind, express any concerns, and receive insights that help you feel more at ease—inside and out.
What to expect?
- A moment to talk openly about how you feel about birth (I’ll ask a few questions upfront. Make sure you check your spam folder)
- My perspective as a body-oriented therapist and a birth doula to help you understand what’s happening in both your thoughts and your body.
- Three simple, practical tips you can use right away to release tension and feel more calm and confident.
This session is for you if…
- You’re feeling anxious or overwhelmed about birth and want a safe space to talk about it.
- You notice your worries showing up in your body—trouble sleeping, tension, restlessness.
- You’d love to talk to someone who truly listens and understands without judgment or expectations.

Empowering Mothers, Not Just Births
Birth is not only about making babies. Birth is about making mothers – strong, competent, capable
mothers who trust themselves and know their inner strength.
